Return policy

This policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from the club desk or confirmed through written orders coordinated at 3748 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, United States.

Eligible items

Unused bottles, notebooks, and textile items in original condition may be returned within fourteen days of pickup. Seasonal or limited-run colors are handled the same way as long as stock code stickers remain intact.

How to start a return

Email info@naturherbaleu.world with your name, pickup date, and a short description of the concern. We reply with a return confirmation and desk hours for drop-off.

Refunds

After inspection, we issue refunds with the same payment method where possible. Bank processing times depend on your institution.

Exchanges

Size swaps for caps depend on remaining inventory. If an alternate is unavailable, you may choose a refund or credit toward a future pickup.

Shipping

Most members collect items in person. If we agree to mail a replacement, you pay only the carrier rate we quote in advance.
